Establishing a connection to a Data Source

  1. Initiate the connection: Locate the data source you wish to link and press the "Connect" button associated with it.

  2. Redirect to login page: You will be automatically redirected to the login page of the selected data source.

  3. Log in with your credentials: Enter your username and password for the data source. If applicable, follow any additional authentication steps, such as two-factor authentication (2FA).

  4. Grant necessary permissions: During the connection process, the system will request specific permissions to access and integrate the data source. Ensure you carefully review and grant all requested permissions to enable full functionality of the integration. Please note that if the necessary permissions are not granted, we will be unable to extract the information.

Disconnecting from a Data Source

  1. Initiate disconnection: Locate the data source you wish to unlink and press the "Disconnect" button associated with it.

  2. Immediate disconnection: The system will process your request, and the disconnection will be completed immediately.

Note: Logging out of the platform will disconnect you from all linked data sources. If you log back in, ensure that you reconnect to resume data synchronization. Please note that disconnecting will stop data reception until the connection is re-established.
