If you need to revoke a user's permissions for a specific data source, such as Withings—you can do so by sending a request to the following endpoint:
Revoke Auth API:
What happens when you use this endpoint?
It revokes the OAuth authorization the user granted to the data source (e.g., Withings).
The user will no longer be able to send new data from that source to your platform.
However, previously collected data will not be deleted—it will remain stored in the system.
This is useful when you want to stop future data ingestion but preserve historical records for analysis or auditing purposes.
Important Notes:
This action only revokes access; it does not delete the user account or their existing data from your database.
If your intention is to completely remove the user and all their data, please reach out to the Customer Success (CS) representative assigned to your account. They will assist you in executing a full deletion request securely and in compliance with data privacy standards.
