Our SDKs are available for iOS and Android, and each has its own minimum compatibility version.
iOS
The minimum version for devices running iOS is iOS 13.0. This means that these SDKs will only work on devices with this version or higher. Similarly, the minimum version for developing the SDKs is xCode 14.1. This means that developers should use this version or higher of xCode to create applications that use these SDKs.
The most recent version we work with is iOS 17.0, which is currently the latest version.
Android
The minimum version for devices running Android is 8.0. This means that the SDKs will only work on devices with this version or higher. This version is the minimum supported by the Google Health Connect SDK.
The most recent version we work with is Android 14, which is currently the latest version.
In summary, the developers should consider these minimum versions into account when creating applications using ROOK SDKs.
The latest minimum iOS/Android versions compatible with ROOK SDKs are as follows:
Operating System | Minimum Version |
iOS | 14.0 |
Android | 8.0 |
