Can the ROOK Score be customized?
At the client level, the ROOK Score cannot be customized. However, many businesses build upon the ROOK score to further personalize the user experience based on their specific products or services. If you're interested in exploring these options, please reach out to your account manager for more information.
Currently, the ROOK Score operates under a set of universally established rules applicable to all clients. However, there is a degree of customization possible at the user level because the logic used to determine the score considers basic user data. This customization allows for user segmentation based on information and score elements being tracked.
How can customization at the user level be achieved?
The ROOK Score comprises three partial scores, each dependent on different basic user data for a personalized score. The required values for each partial score are as follows:
Activity score: Age, sex, weight, height
Readiness score: Age, sex
Sleep score: Age
These basic values for score customization are derived from the information provided by the user's data sources.
If the customer has basic user data and prefers to use it instead of the data from these sources, can this be achieved?
Currently, the primary source of basic data is the user's data sources. However, as we continue to develop, we will explore alternative approaches to integrate customer-provided data.
