The ROOKScore is a comprehensive metric designed to evaluate your overall well-being by analyzing data across three essential pillars: physical health, sleep health, and body health. It integrates data from your connected devices to provide an accurate reflection of your health status, helping you track progress, identify trends, and make informed lifestyle decisions. You can view your ROOKScore in the ROOKScore tab, which also provides a 30-day historical view to help you monitor long-term patterns. For more detailed insights, you can select any specific day within the 30-day range to explore the metrics related to your physical, sleep, and body health.

The ROOKScore depends on the data collected from your connected sources, and the accuracy and completeness of the score rely on the availability of this data. If no data source is connected, certain metrics will not be displayed in the ROOKScore tab. Each pillar is weighted based on its contribution to your overall health, ensuring the score reflects a balanced perspective. Additionally, the insights provided by your ROOKScore are designed to guide you in making actionable improvements, such as enhancing physical activity, improving sleep quality, or focusing on body composition goals.

By regularly monitoring your ROOKScore and ensuring reliable data source connections, you can gain valuable insights into your health and take proactive steps to improve your overall well-being.
