When is the ROOK Production environment enabled?
The ROOK Production environment is enabled after your contract has been signed and the first payment has been completed.
Once these requirements are completed, Production becomes available for your ROOK account.
If Production does not appear in your account after completing these steps, contact your ROOK Sales or Customer Success representative.
How do I switch from Sandbox to Production?
Once Production has been enabled for your account:
Log in to the ROOK Portal.
Locate the environment selector in the upper-right area of the portal.
The selected environment is Sandbox by default.
Open the environment selector.
Select Production.
The ROOK Portal will display the credentials and configuration associated with your Production environment.
After switching, confirm that the portal shows Production before modifying credentials or configuration.
Important: Switching the environment selector changes which environment you are managing. It does not copy your Sandbox credentials or configuration into Production.
Can I switch back to Sandbox after using Production?
Yes. You can switch between Sandbox and Production from the ROOK Portal whenever you need to manage or test either environment.
Switching back to Sandbox does not affect your Production configuration.
Because both environments are independent, always confirm which one is selected before modifying settings or using credentials.
